Empowerista!, formerly known as More Than Rubies Academy, was dreamt up by me. Former pageant queen, influencer and dance instructor, Felicia Stiles.

I have been in female-dominated spaces for my entire life, surrounded by the beauty and power of feminine energy. Inspired by the women in my life who encouraged me to be my authentic self from a young age, I wanted to give that gift to other young girls. To teach them that it's OK to let their light shine bright.

With a passion for fostering self-confidence and individuality, I transformed More Than Rubies Academy into Empowerista!, a platform dedicated to uplifting and empowering tween girls.

Through my own experiences and the lessons learned from those who guided me, I'm on a mission to instill a sense of empowerment and self-love in the hearts of the next generation of young women.
